We ended up downloading Lost from iTunes (the free feed on abc.com didn't work for beans on my Safari browser)... But, yeah, a serious storm puts things in perspective.
I used to rely on Columbia weather reports when I lived in Sedalia. Now that I'm stuck with KC weather folks, I've learned not to trust them. Every predicted snow flurry or rain shower seems to be exaggerated to biblical proportions, but when the real action happens, its a surprise to them.
