I think my recent (Star) work is a start in the direction of what I was trying to describe to you when you were up here... trying to create comics that are more representitive of what actually goes on in my mind, rather than anally planning every panel to a point of bored sleepwalking. I don't necessarily think this is it, exactly, but a step nonetheless.

I know it's borderline sacrilegious to say, but I almost like these better than Skyscrapers.
